The resort boasts beautifully maintained grounds. Luxurious rooms ensure total relaxation. The All You Need Ice Cream Pool Bar staff, especially Pik, Ron, and Kong, are Really good!!! They always made sure I had everything I needed. Their service stood out.
I came back one evening to a bill for a broken TV. I never used the TV . Housekeeping apparently damaged it. Every morning and night, I could hear banging from upstairs. I reported it to reception three times.

the staff were wonderfully friendly and efficient. i enjoyed the thai boxing night. The food was AMAZING!!! the hotel offered a great mix of family-friendly and adult-only pool areas, a great feature. i really appreciated that our room was always impeccably clean.
One minor inconvenience was the limited choice of restaurants within easy walking distance. taxis were readily available outside the hotel.

Charming Stay at this Tropical Retreat

I found the resort grounds well kept. The variety of on-site dining options pleased me. I especially liked the excellent food at Chang Thai and the delicious red prawn curry. Marina and Lisa's service enhanced our dining experience there.
I found basic amenities lacking in some areas. Specifically, public bathrooms near the restaurants needed soap. A more consistent attention to these details would significantly enhance the guest experience overall. Soap is an essential item.

The concierge effortlessly arranged activities. food across all restaurants tasted delicious. I especially enjoyed the themed buffet nights that featured seafood. the rooms are spacious. I had a lovely king pool view room. the fitness center has modern equipment that allowed me to maintain my workout routine.

the resort had some excellent food options!!! my favorite was the beachside grill.
The language barrier was frustrating. I struggled to communicate simple requests to some of the staff, and it really impacted the overall experience i was hoping for. this made things unnecessarily difficult.

The bed and pillows are great in the room. It was hard to get up each morning. The view and the food are also lovely. Dave from front desk, he always gives a warm welcome and is very helpful. He is always nice to us.

I enjoy dining at the Merchant Kitchen. It had excellent service. The breakfast offers a very nice variety of food and drinks. There are many options, including Thai, Japanese, and Western cuisines, so everyone should find something.
